1、 Our company produces CMJS The fire extinguishing device of type I kitchen equipment is divided into Cmjs10-1-aha (single bottle group) and cmjs18-2-aha type (double bottle group). The basis of design and installation: the filling amount of fire extinguishing agent, the pipeline of fire extinguishing agent, the number of nozzles, the diameter of protected oil pan, the position of kitchen utensils and the distance of smoke hood.

Single bottle (jscma-10)

1. Cmjs10-1-aha type (single bottle group) kitchen equipment fire extinguishing device is filled with 11.5L of fire extinguishing agent, and the protection scope is 10 units. Each unit protects one frying pan (frying pan) with a diameter of 600mm or a flue outlet with a diameter of 400mm × 400mm. Hood length: 6000mm

 

2. Cmjs18-2-aha type (double bottle group) kitchen equipment fire extinguishing device has 23L fire extinguishing agent filling capacity, and 18 units are protected. Each unit protects one frying pan (frying pan) with a diameter of 600mm or a flue outlet with a diameter of 400mm × 400mm. The length of the hood is 12000mm

Cmjs18-2-aha (double bottle group)

Note: when the protection unit is reduced, the filling amount of fire extinguishing agent will not be increased or decreased.

3. One set of atomizing nozzle shall be installed for each fire eye and smoke exhaust outlet. If the diameter of oil pan is greater than 600mm-800mm, two sets of atomizing nozzles shall be installed for each fire eye (protection area of each nozzle is 0.28m2), and three sets of atomizing nozzles shall be installed when the diameter of oil pan is greater than 800mm-1500mm.

4. A set of temperature sensing device (operating temperature 183 ℃ ± 5) is installed above each fire eye.

5. Install the automatic fuel shut-off valve at the lower port of the fuel pipeline stop valve on the stove.

6. Install a set of manual starter at the vertical height of 1.4m from the obvious position of the stove channel.

7. The control box of fire extinguishing device is fixed on the kitchen wall, and does not occupy the floor area.

2、 Configuration of fire extinguishing device for kitchen equipment

1. Standard configuration of cmjs10-1-aha type (single bottle group): 1 fire extinguishing agent storage bottle, 11.5L fire extinguishing agent filling capacity, 10 nozzles, 1 set of start-up control box, smoke hood length less than 6m, 1 set of manual starter, and double bottle group for exceeding the length.

2. Standard configuration of cmjs18-2-aha type (double bottle group): 2 fire extinguishing agent storage bottles, 23L fire extinguishing agent filling capacity, 18 nozzles, 1 set of start-up control box, 1 fire extinguishing agent storage tank, and the length of smoke hood is less than 12m. If the length exceeds the length, one set shall be added

Note: Length of dedicated extinguishing agent pipeline and number of nozzles reduce , per The price of standard single bottle group and double bottle group kitchen equipment fire extinguishing device remains unchanged.
